A new study is showing that it's better to exercise even a little, than to not exercise at all.

Government guidelines recommend 150 minutes of exercise a week. But the new study is showing that even people who exercised less than that had a lower risk of coronary heart disease than those who didn't exercise.

The relation between exercise and better health is even stronger in women.

Experts say this could be because women have an overall lower risk of developing coronary heart disease.
