Melvin Gelfand was last seen at his home on the morning of Sept. 14. He was heading to the Valley View Casino in Valley Center, but he never got there.
There are no records of him getting on a bus for the casino or of him using his player's card.
Gelfand takes medication for high blood pressure and diabetes.
He is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 146 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing black pants, a beige plaid shirt, a black Members Only jacket and a beige hat.
He is possibly driving a 2007 gray Toyota Camry with California license plate 5UPW238.
