The incident happened shortly before 6 a.m. Sunday in the 800 block of Harding Avenue.
Investigators say someone stabbed the man in the street. They say it appears a driver also ran the victim over after the stabbing.
There's no word on the man's name or if deputies made any arrests or have a suspect. Detectives estimate the victim is between 18 and 22 years old.
