Authorities said they arrested Albert Raul Pulido, 26, in South Gate after a female victim recorded cellphone video of him and his vehicle on Oct. 23. The woman said the suspect had exposed himself to her in Lynwood about two months earlier.
Pulido is currently on parole for indecent exposure and wears a tracking device. Officials said his parole agent used the device to place him at or near seven other unsolved indecent exposure crime scenes in Los Angeles County.
