The shooting happened at Mission Road and Selig Place just before 11:30 p.m. The suspects were trying to evade police, prompting a citywide tactical alert.
The wounded suspected was transported to a hospital and arrested early Thursday morning. The other three suspects were arrested about an hour after the officer-involved shooting.
No officers were hurt in the incident.
Officials have not released any details about the alleged robbery, or if the wounded suspect was armed.
