LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- ABC7 is proud to broadcast the 30th annual Kingdom Day Parade, celebrating the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., LIVE from South Los Angeles beginning at 11 a.m. on ABC7.

Thousands of participants, including marching bands, drill teams and dance groups, will take part in Southern California's largest King Day observance. ABC7 anchors Leslie Sykes and Michelle Tuzee will host the parade coverage, with Q McCray and Danny Romero along the route talking to many of the excited spectators. You'll also see Eyewitness News anchors Marc Brown, David Ono, Phillip Palmer and Alysha Del Valle riding in the parade.

The parade will begin at Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Western Avenue. From there it rolls west along King Boulevard until it takes a left turn south onto Crenshaw Boulevard. It then heads down Crenshaw to Vernon Avenue, where the parade will end with a gospel festival in the street.

There will be lots of food booths and fun things to do for the entire family!
