GLENDALE, Calif. (KABC) -- Authorities are searching for a suspect who struck and killed a 70-year-old woman in a hit-and-run crash in Glendale Friday night.
The crash happened at about 7:20 p.m. on Glenoaks Boulevard between Elm and Linden avenues, according to Glendale police.
Authorities said a vehicle struck the woman and fled the scene. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities said there were no witnesses at the scene and could not provide a description of the vehicle involved.
Officers scoured the neighborhood and tried to retrieve video from nearby surveillance cameras, but nothing has provided a lead or description on the vehicle and driver.
