Family of boy hit in head by errant throw sues Angels for negligence

A 6-year-old boy suffered a fractured skull and brain hemorrhage when he was accidentally hit by a baseball thrown by an Angels player who was warming up before a game in Anaheim in 2019, according to a lawsuit.
