Study finds exercise helps with Alzheimer's

The Alzheimer's Association released a new report, saying almost 10 million baby boomers, or one in eight, are expected to develop the disease.

There's no cure, but researchers have found exercise can help.

Scientists say mice that exercised had significantly less plaque in their brains than sedentary mice.

Large amounts of plaque are often found in the brains of Alzheimer's patients.

Experts recommend 30 to 45 minutes of exercise that raises your heart rate, several times a week.
