Morning protein best for weight loss

Researchers at Purdue University found that eating protein at breakfast may help people lose weight.Overweight or obese men in the study who ate good quality protein, like eggs and Canadian bacon, in the morning had a greater sense of fullness throughout the day, causing them to eat less.

The study found that eating protein in the morning as compared to lunch or dinner was more effective for weight loss.
