Good sleep boosts immune system

Researchers at Stanford University found getting a good night's sleep gives your immune system a boost.They did a study on fruit flies that found the immune system fights bacteria the hardest at night, and the least during the day.

Researchers say it all has to do with our circadian rhythm, which is our internal clock.

They say when our circadian rhythm is interrupted, we're more susceptible to infection.
