Man allegedly shot video up skirts

CHINO HILLS, Calif. Investigators say Jason Michael Vahle targeted women shopping at the T.J. Maxx store in Chino.

"The officers became aware of this individual by somebody else who has shopping in the story and who actually witnessed the behavior," said Michelle Van Der Linden, City of Chino.

The 30-year-old allegedly concealed his camera in a hat and positioned it under his victims' skirts while they shopped.

"It's obscene and gross. I think that a person who has stooped to that is to be pitied," said shopper Vi Page.

Police found video inside his home of several females who were apparently unaware that they were being filmed. All digital video evidence has been confiscated.

Police believe there were several victims.
