Memorial planned for killed firefighters

LOS ANGELES Fire Capt. Ted Hall, 47, and Specialist Arnie Quinones, 35, died Sunday when their fire truck careened over an 800-foot embankment.

Hall had been with the department for 26 years, and Quinones for eight years.

Quinones was expecting his first child in a few weeks.

Crisis counselors have been sent to help firefighters deal with their loss.
