Devin Petelski, 25, was driving along Glendon, when the cruiser slammed into her driver's side door.
The impact caused the cruiser to spin off into a tree and a traffic sign.
Two officers in that cruiser were injured. The driver fractured his hand and suffered lacerations to his elbow, and his passenger suffered abrasions.
Petelski suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital where she remained on life support until she was taken off Oct. 17 and pronounced dead.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
