"They have something for everyone no matter what your budget," Meers said.
Taken straight from the runway, this fall is about making what's hot for everyday wear.
"This season, menswear was really popular on the runway, and now you're going to find it right on the streets," Meers said.
A good way to get into the trend is with a pair of lace-up Oxfords, shoes with hardware like buckles, chunky heels or a lower heel with lots of detail.
Wedges are another key trend in shoes for the season.
"If you can find a pair of black wedges that will take you from the office to a night out, then scoop them up," Meers said.
Ballet-style flats in bold colors are shoes that are easy on the feet as well as fashionable.
"No matter how simple and plain your outfit is, a pair of these will spice it up just right," Meers said.
If you can only splurge on one pair of shoes this season, make it a pair of boots.
"Whether you want to go with black and do the biker-chic thing, or if you want to do more of a brown neutral and stay more in the boho style, it's definitely where your dollars should definitely go," Meers said.
