Police arrested Mario Guadalupe Saenz, the 22-year-old driver after finding black tar heroin, cocaine, marijuana and 200 ecstasy pills. He was arraigned on four counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of marijuana possession. His bond was set at $113,000.
Investigators were most concerned about ecstasy pills that were brightly colored and resembled children's vitamins.
A special agent of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration's McAllen, Texas office said the bright colors and characters are used as a marketing tool to attract kids as customers.
