Winfrey plans nighttime show on her network

Oprah Winfrey says she'll be moving to nights to host a show on her brand-new cable channel.Oprah Winfrey announced Thursday she'll be hosting a nightly show on her new cable network beginning late next year.

It will be called "Oprah's Next Chapter." The format will be a bit different than what Oprah fans are used to. In the new show she'll travel the country and the world, interviewing people and showing her viewers new places.

"From the Taj Mahal to her beloved oak tree, the Great Wall to her own teahouse, it's a whole new kind of Oprah show," according to the network. "If she can dream it, she'll do it!"

Winfrey says she is excited about her new venture.

"My vision for OWN is to create a network that inspires our viewers and makes them want to be who they are on their best day," said Winfrey, in a statement.
