Chef cooks up priciest bowl of ramen in world

TOKYO But a chef in Tokyo is breaking culinary records with his dish. His ramen costs approximately $120 per bowl, making it the most expensive ramen noodles in the world.

There are no fancy ingredients in the ramen, like Kobe beef or truffles. The chef says he's just trying to energize Japan's sluggish economy.

Somehow, he's still in business after opening in January. Customers must order the dish three days in advance, and they say it's very tasty.
