Jackson honored at 'Forever Michael' tribute

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. It's called "Forever Michael," and Jackson's fans from around the world are expected to attend, as well as some of his famous friends.

The tribute is sponsored by the /*Jackson Family Foundation*/.

Some of his siblings are expected to show, including /*Tito Jackson*/, who will perform.

Celebrities expected to turn out are Motown Records founder /*Berry Gordy*/, actor /*Mickey Rooney*/, the /*Wayans Brothers*/ and singer /*Brandy*/.

But it's all for the fans, the Jackson family says. Organizers said they expect about 700 people to show.

According to the family, a portion of the proceeds will go to Michael's favorite charities.

Tickets for the event ranged from $150 to $500.
