Violent dreams may indicate brain disease

LOS ANGELES Researchers say it centers on a mysterious /*sleep*/ disturbance called REM sleep behavior disorder, or RBD.

People with RBD don't experience the normal muscle paralysis while they dream, so they act out their dream's punches, twists and yells.

Researchers say follow-up studies showed a striking number of these patients later develop diseases including Parkinson's.
