Woman doesn't know she's pregnant until birth

DETROIT "We had talked about having kids, just not necessarily this moment. Your body tells you to push whether you want to or not, and then I realized, 'oh my god,'" said Jessica Genaw.

Genaw said she was on the birth control pill. On New Year's Eve, the contractions began. By the time she got to the hospital, one push was all she needed.

"I get up on the floor, and they were like, 'Oh yea, she just delivered.' I was like, 'Delivered what?' It didn't hit me until she started weighing him," said Blake Williams.

Genaw said it was very emotional. First she cried, and now she's very excited to be a new mom.
