Fallen soldier returns to Orange County

LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. They met a plane carrying the body of Army Specialist Jose Torre.

Torre was killed on January 15 in Baghdad when insurgents hit his unit with a rocket-propelled grenade.

Torre was serving with the Special Troops Battalion of the 2nd Advise and Assist Brigade, 1st Infantry Division from Fort Riley, Kansas.

Students and supporters lined the route as the Torre's casket was driven from the air field to a local mortuary.
