Bear, a 2-year-old Patterdale Terrier, was reunited with his owner on Saturday.
Bear disappeared from his /*Northern California*/ home on Tuesday. Somehow, he made it all the way to Tacoma, Wash.
"I think somebody picked him up to keep him. He had a name tag on with phone numbers, his name, my last name and I got no phone calls," said Bear's owner Bryan Rapozo.
With his tags missing, it's lucky that Bear had a microchip.
With a quick scan, the Humane Society identified him and called Rapozo, who had to drive 13 hours to pick him up.
