The attacks happened on the 1500 block of San Nicholas Street and the 1500 block of Santa Barbara Street.
A 13-year-old girl said the man reached under her skirt and touched her underwear, and a 15-year-old said the man grabbed her rear end.
In both cases, the suspect acted like he was talking on his cell phone and didn't say anything to the victims. Then he fondled them and ran away.
A suspect description was not immediately available, and no arrests have been made. Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-TIPS.
