Changing your sleep position may not only help relieve back pain, it could also lessen acid reflux and minimize wrinkles.

Many experts believe the best way to prevent back pain is to sleep on your back. Doctors say sleeping on your back also eases acid reflux and minimizes wrinkles.

Sleeping on your side is also good for back and neck pain, and it may help prevent snoring.

Experts say the worst position to sleep in is on your stomach because it can put pressure on joints and irritate nerves in your arms and legs.
