The fatal stabbing happened early Saturday morning at a taqueria on Bristol St. near 1st St.
A surveillance camera was rolling when the victim's group got into a fight with another group.
Security guards broke it up but the victim had already been stabbed. He died a short time later.
Four of the five suspects are already in custody. One of them is a minor.
Santa Ana Police are still looking for 22-year-old Christopher Espino of San Bernardino.
