The express service pilot program will start May 9 on Metrolink's Antelope Valley and San Bernardino lines.
In preparation, Metrolink is educating everyone. The agency wants passengers to know that not all trains will stop at every station after May 9, and riders should be alert and stand behind the yellow line on the platform.
Drivers are also being advised to watch for signals that a train is approaching.
