Authorities said Alonso Ramon Pedro, 22, broke into the girl's bedroom on Saturday at her home in the 24000 block of Myers Avenue and sexually assaulted her.
Pedro was booked on more than 100 counts of sexual assault. He is being held on $1 million bail.
The victim told police it happened numerous times since January of this year.
It was unclear if the suspect was related to the teen or had been renting a room at the house.
