Bryan Stow beating suspect moved to San Diego jail

SAN DIEGO

/*Giovanni Ramirez*/ is currently behind bars on a parole violation. He has now been moved to Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility.

It has been 33 days since Ramirez's arrest and no charges have been filed against him. Ramirez contends he was nowhere near Dodger Stadium at the time of the attack.

LAPD Chief /*Charlie Beck*/ cited lack of forensic evidence and extensive interviews as reasons for the delay.

Meantime, Stow remains in the hospital in serious condition. The 42-year-old Santa Cruz paramedic was moved last month from Los Angeles to San Francisco General Hospital.
