Gang member gets 90 years in Victorville nightclub shooting

Joseph Jay Rice, 30, was sentenced to 90 years in prison for the shooting death of a gang rival.

Rice was convicted on March 2 of first-degree murder for shooting Delvon Williams, 26, at the Karma Nightlife nightclub in Victorville.

Rice is accused of pulling out a gun and shooting Williams in the head after Williams claimed an allegiance to the Blood gang. Rice was a proclaimed member of the Crips street gang.
