The video dates back to Feb. 25, the day before the body of Sylvia Marie Flores was discovered.
The footage was taken at a fast food restaurant at D and Fifth streets in San Bernardino at about 8:45 a.m.
Flores appears to be wearing the same or similar clothing that she was wearing when she was killed.
