Police swarmed the 1100 block of Calle Vista Drive Tuesday after receiving a call at about 5 p.m. that two men were seen leaving a house with duffle bags. Within minutes, officers arrested one of the suspects.
Police scoured the neighborhood for hours, but couldn't find the other man. Authorities cleared scene around 9:30 p.m.
The outstanding suspect was described by police as a black male with a thin build and wearing dark clothing and a hat that covered his ears.
