West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval burn victim dies

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif.

Gilbert Estrada, 50, was fully engulfed in flames in front of an event stage on Santa Monica and La Cienega boulevards.

Estrada was treated at the scene and then rushed to a hospital. Family members say he died Friday morning.

Detectives are continuing their investigation to determine the man's cause of death. Officials are asking for the public's help to determine the source of ignition or how the victim became engulfed in flames.
