Manhattan Beach offers free parking downtown over holidays

MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif.

City meters were "bagged" for holiday shoppers starting on Friday. Parking at the meters will be free, but all posted time limits still apply.

County-owned meters and El Porto Beach parking lots are not included.

The bags will be up through Dec. 27.
