The late Golden Girls star lived in the Brentwood, Calif. estate for decades. Built in 1924, the 7,085-square-foot home was renovated by Arthur's son in the 1980s.
The home includes 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a tennis court, circular swimming pool and hiking trails.
Arthur, who also starred in the 1970s series Maude, died in 2009.
