OJAI, Calif. (KABC) -- An investigation that started with a suspicious man taking pictures of students at a high school football game resulted in his arrest on sexual battery, child pornography and other charges.
Ojai police began looking into George Baker Jr., 64, of Oak View after they were alerted to a suspicious man taking picture of students at a game at Nordhoff High School on Sept. 29.
Baker was removed from the property and an investigation was launched that resulted in identifying two underage alleged victims.
Police allege Baker battered one of the juveniles and sexually battered the other, in addition to taking provocative photos of both.
Officers arrested Baker at his job on Oct. 6 and executed a search warrant at his home.
They say they found child porn which had been downloaded from the internet, as well as apparent attempts to create his own child porn.
Baker is out of jail on $50,000 bail and has a court date on Oct. 25 in Ventura Superior Court.
Some alleged female juvenile victims remain unidentified.
Detectives asked anyone with information to contact Detective Will Hollowell at (805)477-7042.
