COMPTON, Calif. (KABC) -- A Compton school board member was charged Thursday in connection with the sexual assault of an unconscious victim in San Diego County.
San Diego law enforcement had issued an arrest warrant for Skyy Fisher, a member of the Compton Unified School Board. He was arrested by U.S. marshals at his place of employment in the Los Angeles World Trade Center on Wednesday on suspicion of oral copulation of a person who was asleep or unconscious.
The 31-year-old was booked at Vista Detention Center. He was released after posting $100,000 bond.
In November, Fisher was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. That case is still pending.
