Sketch released of Debs Park sexual battery suspect

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Los Angeles police have released a composite sketch of a man who is allegedly targeting females at Debs Park in the Monterey Hills area.

Three incidents have been reported in the 4200 block of Monterey Road.

On Jan 13, a female walking alone in the park was groped by a male bicyclist.

A second female victim was approached by a male bicyclist on June 25. The suspect asked the victim to borrow her cell phone and then exposed his genitals.

The suspect allegedly punched a third female victim in the face as she walked her dog on July 20, 2014. The suspect, who was armed with a knife, stood over her after she fell on the ground. He then fled the scene.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, between 20 and 25 years old, standing approximately 5 feet 7 inches and weighing between 140 to 160 pounds with a light complexion and short dark hair.

The suspect allegedly spoke Spanish to one of the victims and did not appear to be homeless.
