LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A big march and rally was held in downtown Los Angeles by members of the Fix L.A. Coalition, which includes the coalition of L.A. city unions and community organizations.
The protesters are calling on city officials for several things including using job creation programs to restore city programs and services that have been cut, a $15 an hour minimum wage and crossing guards at every school.
The march comes as bargaining is underway between the city of L.A. and the coalition of L.A. unions.
