Costumes, props, memorabilia, and more: "Batman 66" pays tribute to the memory of Adam West with a retrospective exhibit in Hollywood.

HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A new retrospective museum exhibit pays tribute to classic caped crusader, "Batman 66." It's celebrating the 52nd anniversary of Batman's debut on television in January of 1966.

The exhibit is filled with costumes, props, collectibles and memorabilia. It also honors the actor who played Batman, the late Adam West.

"Adam can't be here, but he would love it," said Burt Ward, who played Batman's sidekick Robin. "This fantastic exhibit at the Hollywood Museum is like thousands of real bat paraphernalia. I mean, I look at my costume and I'm ready to put it on and climb some walls!"

"Holy Hollywood History! Batman 66" will be on display at the Hollywood Museum through March 17.
