SOUTH LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A young man with Down syndrome found wandering the streets in South Los Angeles early Sunday has been reunited with his parents, according to police.
The young man was found in the 1300 block of East 11th Place without any identification. He was reunited with his family at about 1 p.m.
Southeast patrol officers were not able to communicate with the man and did not have any luck learning his name or where he lived.
