2 people hurt in violent Lawndale crash

LAWNDALE, Calif. (KABC) -- A violent car crash in Lawndale sent two people to the hospital in unknown conditions early Sunday.

The incident happened at 154th Street and Prairie Avenue around 12:30 a.m., according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

Authorities said two cars were involved in the crash but several other parked were also damaged.

As of Sunday morning, investigators were still working on exactly what happened and who may be to blame.

No arrests have been made, according to authorities.
