A photo from an Eyewitness News view shows the back window of the Jeep Grand Cherokee completely smashed in.

The viewer said he was taking his daughter to school in Matilija Canyon when a boulder came flying off the side of the mountain and hit his Jeep.

Fortunately, no one was hurt.

Ventura County fire officials said there were some small rocks along Highway 33 on Friday, but not enough to cause any problems.

The fire department said it's expecting anywhere from 3/4 of an inch to 2 inches of rain in the first storm.

An evacuation warning was issued for the Airport Fire burn scar area Friday.

The voluntary evacuation warning went into effect at 4 p.m. and was issued by the Orange County Sheriff's Department due to potential flooding and debris flows.

Those in the following areas fall under the voluntary evacuation warning:
-Trabuco Creek, including the RC Airport, campground, and school
-Bell Canyon, including Starr Ranch
-Hot Springs Canyon, including Lazy-W Ranch

The American Red Cross will open a congregate (dormitory-style) shelter location for evacuated residents of the Canyons at 7 p.m.

The shelter will be located at the Foothill Ranch Library Program Annex, directly adjacent to the Foothill Ranch Library located at 27002 Cabriole Way in Foothill Ranch.

The rain has made for dangerous driving Friday.

Dash cam video from one of ABC7's news vans caught the moment the driver of a Tesla lost control during a period of heavy rain.

The incident happened Friday morning on the 405 Freeway in the Sepulveda pass.

Video shows the car sliding across traffic. Luckily, the Tesla was not hit by other vehicles when it finally stopped on the shoulder.

The Camp Flog Gnaw festival hosted by rapper Tyler, the Creator was rescheduled due to the weather storm in Los Angeles.

The festival set to take place at Dodger Stadium this weekend was moved to Nov. 22-23rd.

According to a social media post on the festival's accounts, those who have wristbands are "good to go for next weekend."

Refunds will be available for those who can't attend. Passholders will receive an email with more information, according to the post.

Heavy rain is expected in Los Angeles this weekend. About 1 to 2 inches of rain are possible in the area.
