Ferguson protesters flood 101 Freeway in DTLA, block traffic

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Crowds protesting the Ferguson grand jury decision used barricades and debris to briefly block traffic on the 101 Freeway at Grand Avenue Tuesday night.

Police quickly responded, corralling protesters off the freeway. Two women were seen handcuffed and detained.
