1 person killed in North Hollywood shooting

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- One person died after being shot in North Hollywood Sunday night, police said.

The shooting happened at about 9:30 p.m. in the area of Saticoy Street and Bellaire Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department's North Hollywood Division.

The unidentified male victim died while being transported to a hospital.

Police were looking for a group of men who were seen leaving the area in a white Honda sedan.

The investigation was ongoing.
