HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. (KABC) -- Huntington Beach police are searching for a thief who allegedly took a selfie inside an AT&T store before running off with an iPhone.

On Sunday, the unidentified man entered the AT&T store in the 8100 block of Talbert Avenue and asked to see some cellphones. Store employees say he took a selfie, ripped the iPhone 6S from a display, ran out of the store and drove off in a blue Ford Focus.

The selfie was uploaded to the company's iCloud account.

Anyone with information on the suspect's whereabouts or identity was asked to contact the Huntington Beach Police Department at (714) 375-5066.
