Lightning strikes trigger voluntary evacuations in Newport Beach

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (KABC) -- A voluntary evacuation order has been issued for piers, beaches and other exposed areas in Newport Beach on Monday due to lightning strikes, according to the city's lifeguards.
