CAMARILLO, Calif. (KABC) -- Firefighters in Southern California are bracing for the worst as bone-dry land from the drought could combine with severe El Nino storms.

Trainees with the Ventura County Fire Department aren't just preparing for wildfires, they're also training for mudslides that could come with heavy downpours in the area.
