Man in his 20s killed in Pasadena shooting

PASADENA, Calif. (KABC) -- A homicide investigation is underway after a man was fatally shot in Pasadena Tuesday night.

The shooting occurred around 9:45 p.m. in the area of Palm Terrace and Claremont Street.

The victim was rushed to the hospital, where he later died.

His name has not been released. Police described him as a man in his 20s.

Authorities do not know whether the incident is gang related or if it is tied to a separate shooting on Monday night in the 1400 block of El Molino Avenue.

Police have not made arrests in either case.
