PITTSBURGH (KABC) -- Christmas newborns at a children's hospital in Pittsburgh were getting some special treatment over the holidays.

The babies received red stockings to keep them snug and cozy, and a group of volunteers brought them handmade hats.

The gifts went to each baby born Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, and all newborns born in December will also get to take home the children's book "I Love You So Much."
